What's the weekly time commitment?
Live group modules run 90–120 minutes every other week. Hot seat coaching is an hour every week, plus a weekly buddy check-in. The brotherhood chat is as deep as you want to go — expect at least an hour a week.
Is it virtual?
Yes. The Delta runs entirely online. Men join from across the country and around the world.
What if I miss a session?
Live modules are recorded for men who genuinely can't make one. The room works best when you're in it.
What happens after I pay?
Your receipt comes by email right away, and we'll reach out personally with next steps before the cohort begins on October 14.
